Getting the Mobile App

Getting Dispatch on your phone is an easy process and mostly self-explanatory. The steps are detailed below in case you get hung up anywhere along the way.

Use the Mobile App for your Role! (2 apps available)

When you are added as a Team member to an organization, you will receive a link to download either Dispatch Manager (Dispatcher only app) or Dispatch Field (Technician only app) in a text message to your mobile phone.
(Having trouble determining your role? Click here!)

Simply tap on the link in that message to proceed directly to the correct app store for your phone. iPhones will take you to the Apple Store and Androids will take you to the Google Play Store.

Once in the appropriate app store, you should tap the button to Get/Install the mobile app.

Android iOS

Once the mobile app has finished downloading to your phone, you will be able to Open the app by clicking on the store's button.

Android iOS

Depending on what type of phone you have, the newly downloaded app could be in either of the below places:

  • Android: tap on Apps in your bottom menu and swipe to the end of your Apps to find the latest downloaded, then drag and drop the Dispatch Manager or Dispatch Field icon to your home screen.
  • iOS: swipe through your home screens until you find the Dispatch Manager or Dispatch Field icon.

From there, it's as simple as tapping on the icon to open the app. In order to login, you will enter your mobile phone number, and a verification passcode will be sent to you in a text message immediately.

NOTE: You will need your Apple App Store or Google Play Store login credentials, as well as your  mobile phone with WiFi access to download the mobile apps .
