Recurring Appointments

When you're creating a new Appointment in Dispatch Work, you have the option of creating a Recurring Appointment in addition to Single Appointments that were previously available.

On a Recurring Appointment, you can choose practically any repeat cycle that makes sense for your business, and you can also set up reminders for customers and your team as the next Appointment approaches. If you make changes in the future, you'll be asked if you want to change just that individual appointment or every appointment in the series.
