Using Reporting in Work
Dispatchers can access a variety of reports from the Dispatch Work web application. You can access the Reports tab via the lefthand menu.

Accessing the Reports tab
The Reports tab is accessible to Dispatchers via the Dispatch Work web application. Clicking the Reports tab will show you various options such as data on Your Jobs, Your Customers, Your Reviews, Your Technicians, and Your Billing. You can click on any of these tabs to view specific tables and graphs on this data.
Using Filters and Date Range
You can filter the data for a report by using the Filters button found towards the top of the page. Clicking Filters will allow you to adjust and filter information such as the Date Range of the data, the status of jobs, and more.
Adjusting the Date Range of your data is important to ensure that you are viewing the correct time period for the information you are viewing. You can use the Date Range filter to pick from a list of frequently used date ranges, or set your own custom date range.
After selecting your desired filters and date range, click Apply to reload the data.
Downloading Data and More Options
You can download the data from a table or graph for use outside of the Dispatch Work desktop platform. To download the data from a table or graph, hover your mouse over the right corner of the information and click the More Options button.
When you click More Options, you will see a menu that may include options such as Search, Download Data, Download Image, or Edit Pivot.
The Search option allows you to search through and find specific data that you are looking for within the report.
The Edit Pivot table will allow you to get a count of the information within a table. For instance, you can use the Edit Pivot table to get a count of how many email addresses are within a table.
The Download Data and Download Image buttons will allow you to download a .csv file of a table's content, or download a .jpg image of a graph. Any downloaded data or images can be found in the Downloads folder of your device.
