Schedule Settings: Filter Unassigned Appointments

Dispatchers using the Work platform have the option to filter unassigned appointments based on any Service Area filters that have been selected. 

Dispatchers can filter unassigned appointments by accessing the Settings button via Schedule tab in Work. Clicking this Settings button will open up a menu where Dispatchers can adjust a number of options for the Schedule page, including the option to filter unassigned appointments.

When this feature is enabled, the jobs menu will display unassigned appointments based on the Service Area that is selected via the Filter button. This allows Dispatchers to view unassigned appointments based on a desired Service Area.
