Attaching Photos, PDFs to Billing Documents

Sending out Estimates and Invoices to customers may be part of your every day process. Further, showing customers pictures of the work you've performed or attaching detailed forms is simple by adding photos and PDFs directly to the billing documents.

Attaching Photos

When viewing any Estimate/Invoice, find the Photos section and click the + to add photos to your billing document.

The next window will prompt you to select photos from your device. Be sure you know where the photos are located in order add them to your document. This function supports attaching .jpg, .jpeg, and .png filenames.

Once added and uploaded, you'll see a photos appear in the Photos box.

These photos will appear in the PDF document that is automatically created when sent to the customer.

Attaching PDFs

Adding further detail in Estimates/Invoices to include documentation or perhaps information that is helpful for the customer can be accomplished through additional PDF files. By uploading a PDF in the Photos box, the final billing document that will be shown to customers will display a nested version of the PDF file you've added.

When viewing any Estimate/Invoice, find the  Photos section and click the + to add photos to your billing document.

The next window will prompt you to select files from your device. Be sure you know where the PDF files are located in order add them to your document. This will support files that end in .pdf filenames.

First press the Send button at the left side of your document.

A window will open on your screen that showcases your entire compiled document. Scroll through the preview to view all of the contents, verifying it appears the way you're expecting.
