Mobile: View Customer History

Now in both the Dispatch Manager and Dispatch Field mobile apps, users will have access to the Customer History with your organization in order to see past and existing work for the customer.

In order to access the Customer History, simply open a Job by tapping on it.

Next, scroll down to the Customer card.

Tap on View History next to the customer's name.

You will now see a list of historical Jobs associated with that Customer.
