Logging in to Dispatch
There are a few different ways Dispatchers and Technicians can login to Dispatch! Depending on the information provided for your account, you are able to use either a mobile number or an email address to login. Additionally, if you ever forget your password, you can reset it through the Forgot Password prompt in our web login or the Reset Password prompt in our mobile apps.

First Time Login
Once you are setup by a partner organization or our sales team, you will be able to start using Dispatch! The first step is setting a password and getting logged in to our web application.
First, you will want to go to work.dispatch.me in your web browser. Enter in the email address associated with your Dispatch User under the email field and then click Next. On the following screen, click on Forgot Your Password and then select Send Password Reset Email.
Once you click Send Password Reset Email a reset password link will be generated and sent to your email address. This link will bring you back to Dispatch and will ask you to create a password as well as confirm the password. After you confirm your password, click Save. You are now all set to login to Dispatch! (Dispatch does not have password requirements such as Uppercase/Lowercase/Numbers/Special Characters)
Login with Email
To login to Dispatch with your email address, you will want to go to work.dispatch.me in your web browser and select Login with Email from the home Dispatch page. From here, enter the email address and password associated with your Dispatch User account, and click Submit.
Login with Mobile Number
To login to Dispatch with your mobile number, you will want to go to work.dispatch.me in your web browser and select Login with Phone from the home Dispatch page. From here, enter the mobile number associated with your Dispatch User account and click Submit.
A text message will be sent to this phone number with a 4-digit verification code that you can enter into the same box and press Submit (Note: You will enter the number into the same box that says "We have attempted to send a verification code to *mobile number*).
Important Note: In most cases, you will need to add your cell phone number to your User account profile after you have logged in. Not all users are created in Dispatch with an existing cell phone number.
Logging out
The web app will not log out users when the browser window is closed. If a user clears their browsing history, they may be logged out as the cache has cleared.
If you share a device with other team members, then we recommend that you logout of Dispatch, so other team members can login under their own username.
- Click on your name on the bottom left of the menu
- Click logout
Logging in on your Mobile Device
Dispatchers and Technicians will use two different apps in the field, however the login for both apps are the same.
When you first open either of the mobile apps, you will be able to login to your Dispatch account using either the mobile number or email address/password associated with your Dispatch User account.
If you want to login using your mobile number, select PHONE on the login screen. Enter your 10 digit mobile number and tap Log In.
As a security measure, a 4-digit verification code will be texted directly to your phone. Enter this verification code on the next screen, and you'll be logged in!
If you want to login using your email, select EMAIL on the login screen. Next enter your email address and password associated with your Dispatch User account and tap Log In.
