September - Complete Reasons, General Improvements

When an appointment is complete, sometimes it's not ACTUALLY complete. With certain job providers, you'll be asked to share 'why' you're completing the appointment - it's rather straight forward. We also made some general user experience improvements.


  • Depending on the job provider, completing an appointment may ask you to choose why you're completing, providing better insight on necessary next actions.
  • Improvements to job details workflow.
  • Customizations for specific user groups.


  • Resolved an issue surrounding the ability to select date and time for appointments on the web app.
